Recent changes in the by-laws enable the board to use email as a primary means of sending meeting notices and other important information to village members. There are a couple of things you can do that will help ensure that you receive this information.

The Norwood Village Board of Trustees are elected for 3-year terms by village members (homeowners) at the annual meetings held in January. Terms are staggered so that the terms of no more than 2 trustees end each year.. Vacancies are temporarily filled until the next annual meeting by the remaining trustees, and then a replacement is elected for the remainder of the term.

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is a standing committee of the Norwood Village Corporation. It is made up of representatives of each of the blocks in the village. Members are appointed by the board of trustees, are overseen by the board, and are funded by the coporation. The ACC is charged with a variety of responsibilities as outlined in Part C of the covenants.
